Regrets are basically things I haven't done yet!Born and raised in New England through high school in the sixties, then, into the military for 3 1/2 years graduating in one piece from the University of Vietnam, class of '69-70. Returned to "the World", left the city in my wake and went farming! Dairy farmer in upstate New York for about 14 years until I headed west to California where I went into the banking business. In 3 years time I am Assistant Vice-President, Vice-president in 5 years, Beverly Hills, California, niche market in Mortgage Banking, and Title Company and Escrow Company trust accounting. Transitioned to Newspaper Publisher for a year stint and back again into Escrow. Senior Escrow Officer until 2003 when I was captured by Orcas Island! I began selling real estate @ Windermere, Orcas Island in 2004 and became a broker in 2007. I was President-Elect 2006 and President of the Realtor Association in 2007.
